LIMITED WARRANTY

Mountain Top Cutters warrants that all new tools are free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is available to the original purchaser for a period of 12 months from date of dispatch.

If the original purchaser finds any defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, the original purchaser should contact its factory representative and return the tool, shipping prepaid, to the factory. Mountain Top Cutters will, at its option, either repair or replace the defective tool at no charge and will return the tool with shipping prepaid.

Mountain Top Cutters warrants that all parts are free of defects in materials and workmanship, and that all labor has been performed properly. This warranty is available to the customer purchasing parts or labor for a period of 90 days after delivery of the part.

If the customer purchasing parts or labor finds any defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, the purchaser should contact its factory representative and return the part, shipping prepaid, to the factory. Mountain Top Cutters will, at its option, either repair or replace the defective part and/or correct any defect in labor performed, both at no charge, and return the part shipping prepaid.

For quick and accurate service, please provide your factory representative with the part number, purchase date, customer name, phone number, and shipping address.

THESE WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING:

Damage after the date of shipment not caused by defects in materials or workmanship;
Damage caused by improper or inadequate tool maintenance;
Damage caused by unauthorized tool modification or repair;
Damage caused by abuse; or
Damage caused by using the tool beyond its rated capacity.
Warranty does not apply to consumable tooling

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED.
